Let’s start with the official company line. Goodfair indicates that they have a “goal to ship your domestic package within 7-10 business days of order via FedEx.”
That’s some precise but unaccountable language. Their “goal” is to ship your packages within 7-10 days – not their policy. That removes a lot of accountability from their end. If things go awry and your package still hasn’t shipped within 10 days, well they just didn’t hit their goal – sorry.
We wish Goodfair had a more stringent policy surrounding shipping, but given their operating model it kind of makes sense.
